India Mark II Deepweel Hand Pump

Duty: Suitable for use in bore well having static water level ranging from 50 mts to 85 mts.

Stroke length: 125mm

Discharge: 17 Liters per minute of 40 Storkes

Construction

A: Head Assembly: Side Plate, Back plate, Front End and Bottom End plates are made from 4 mm thick MS Plates. Bottom Flange is made from 6 mm thick MS plates

B. Handle: Made from 40 mm square MS-Bar. Length 1320 mm fitted with counter weights and 'T' bar.

C.Chain Assembly: 7 Pitch chain Assembly welded with M12 Internal Threaded Coupler.

D.Front Cover: Made from 2 mm CR Sheet

E.Water Chamber: The top and bottom Flanges are made from 6 mm thick MS Plate, Riser pipe Holder is same as in the case of atandard Pump. Water Chamber pipe used is of 150 mm NB Medium class.

F.Stand: Stand Flange is made from 6 mm thick MS Plate. The angles made as per Standard pumps. Pipes are used are medium class 150 mm.

G.Connection Rod: There are several options like Mild Steel (Electro-Galvanized), Stainless Steel and FRP, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) connecting Rods are made exclusively by us as a result of our dedicated R&D.

H.Cylinder: 63.5 mm ID Cast iron cylinder with Brass Liner with Cast Iron Caps of 32 mm Thread. Plunger withy 3 nos of Nitride Rubber washers with Stainless Steel Plunger Rod. Additional Foot VAlve can be fitted to the bottom cap of the cylinfder. Cylinder can also be supplied in uPVC, which again is an innovation concept by VAISHNO's R&D team. This uPVC cylinder. While imparting the sam Cylinder is also light weight thereby providing ease of handling and enhances the life of the Riser Pipes

Riser Pipe: 32 mm GI Pipe of medium Class Solid Coupler should be used to join one Pipe with the other. or 32 mm uPVC Pipes of heavy duty Construction with SS Coupler arrangement has been exclusively developed by VAISHNO.

Maintenance / Repair

A. A team of minimum 2 Skilled persons is enough

B. The time involved for change of Cup Washer will be about 2 Hours. The Riser Pipes can be removed easily for replacement of washers

C. Solid Couplers must be used for connecting one pipe with the other, while using GI Riser Pipes.

Note: According to Customers requirements we can supply pedestal with Round or Square Flange instead of LEgs.
