Single Sylinder Diesel Engine

BRIEF Specificationss

Type : Vertical Single cylinder, Water Cooled, Totally Enclosed, Compression ignition, Four Storke, Cold Start, Diesel Engine,

Combustion chamber : The open type combustion chamber in an aluminium alloy piston. In combination with a long stem, Multi-hole nozzle, it assists in low fuel consumption and easy starting.

Fuel System : Fuel is Supplied the the fuel pump by gravity feed, through a wire ,esh filter in the fuel tank and an efficient paper type element filter between tank and pump. An inbuilt filter is also provided in the injector inlet.

Lubrication : Force feed lubrication is provided by plunger-type pump to large end bearings. Taper roller bearings need no seperate lubrication. All parts are splash lubricated. Oil is filtered by suction striner in sump.

Governing : A sensitive centifugal governor mounted on camshaft gear wheel. Class B1 governing as per IS:11170 or Class A2 governing as per IS:10000. Part VII:1980 is provided

Cooling : Engine cooling can be arranged by run through water supply or suitable radiator.

Rotation : Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel.

Starting : The engine is designed for starting by hand cranking with starting

Drive : Standard power take off is from flywheel side.

Exhaust System : Special Industrial Silencer

Air Cleaner : Vertical tractor type oil bath air cleaner

Standard Accessories : Starting handle, Exhaust Silencer, Air Cleaner, Spanner Set & Screw Driver
